At Starcrafted Blend, every item is handcrafted with care—and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

For non-seasonal items, we accept returns or exchanges within this window, provided the item is:​​

Shipped back at the buyer’s expense

Seasonal item sales are final—no returns or exchanges on limited-edition holiday or themed products.

Custom orders and personalized items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

2. How to Request a Return

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs). Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your provider.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a replacement, please request a return and place a new order.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
